1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the taka10 platform at taka10.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and taka10. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the taka10 platform.

taka10 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, taka10 will notify registered players through the platform or via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent version.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the taka10 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between taka10 and its players.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to taka10 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. taka10 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction and will request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of taka10 is lawful in your location.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a business, corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a taka10 employee or affiliated business partner where such participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had a taka10 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on taka10, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. taka10 may request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds at any point. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one taka10 account. Creating or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taka10 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact taka10 support immediately. taka10 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful and accurate. taka10 reserves the right to close any account where it determines that false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided, and to void any transactions conducted on such an account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on taka10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). taka10 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

taka10 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. taka10 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours.
• taka10 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which taka10 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the same registered player. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before your first withdrawal, taka10 will complete a standard identity verification process. You will be asked to provide a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted before 17:00 BST on Bangladesh business days.
• taka10 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification in cases where unusual account activity is detected, or where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction pattern.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the player that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

taka10 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which together with this section form the complete bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry period, and maximum withdrawal cap will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

taka10 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, taka10 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.3 Promotional Changes

taka10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, taka10 will honour reasonable entitlements already accrued up to the point of cancellation. taka10 is not obligated to run any specific promotion for any specific duration.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

All casino games available on taka10 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. taka10 does not alter, influence, or manipulate any game outcome for any player.

Sports betting markets offered on taka10, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other sports including beach volleyball, are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing a bet. In the event of a disputed outcome, taka10's determination of the correct result — based on official match data from the relevant governing body — shall be final.

taka10 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or other exceptional circumstance affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka10 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in taka10's platform or any third-party game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hands in live poker, coordinating sports bets with players holding opposing positions, or any other cooperative strategy designed to circumvent the house edge.
• Using the taka10 platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity. taka10 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or facilitating account creation for another person for the purpose of bonus harvesting, identity circumvention, or any other fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct any form of security testing without taka10's express written permission.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward taka10 support staff or other players in any live chat, game chat, or communication channel operated by taka10.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

taka10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• taka10 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under taka10's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Identity verification has not been completed within the required time frame.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, taka10 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable time frame, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure. Where an account is permanently closed due to a terms breach, any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, and disputed balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting taka10 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and taka10, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through taka10's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. taka10 aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taka10's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. taka10 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the taka10 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and taka10 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
